Rob helped my wife and me with the purchase of two homes, along with the sale of our home during the COVID pandemic. No real estate transaction is perfect, but Rob's realistic view of the housing market allowed us to properly negotiate the purchase of the two houses and the sale of one house. Rob provided us with real-time feedback from potential buyers, and his network of resources made the search for necessary repairs and financing quick and easy (without lapsing on quality).

Rob helped us buy our first house in 2004 and our second in 2020! (And helped us sell the first during the COVID Pandemic which was no easy feat!). I can't recommend Rob enough! He truly goes above and beyond, is diligent during negotiations and inspections, and really takes the time to get to know his clients needs and wants. He's a great communicator and kindly helps with any questions! During the Pandemic he went above and beyond to take photos of our neighborhood to create an amazing video of the house we were selling since so many were concerned about attending open houses. He also immediately went over to our house when Entergy dug up the front yard without our permission while we were on Holiday and helped resolve the issue. He truly has your best interest in mind and is so dependable and reliable! We now consider him a close friend (hopefully he feels the same ;) ).

Rob really gets to know you as a client. He figures out what is important to you in a property, in a neighborhood, and how to fit all of that into your budget. As a first time home buyer, he guided me to consider locations and features I might not otherwise would have, because he understood how they fit with my lifestyle.
Communication is probably Rob's best quality. I am a worrier and he thoughtfully answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. He was also great about showing me which issues I needed to focus on, and which we could resolve through the buying process.
I have recommended Rob to several of my friends since buying my home through him and I would definitely recommend him in general.

Cannot say enough good things about Rob. We had to travel out of state for my new job, and we required somebody who would stay on top of any issues that came up. Through a Market housing swing and a Hurricane, we could not have sold our home without his dedication. He held Open Houses, made sure inspections and repairs were complete, just "One-Top-Notch" individual you can count on.
Most impressive is how he keeps you up to date with play-by-play. If you are leaving your home and cannot attend if there is an issue, you need somebody who stays on top of the issues and closes them out and most of all keeps you informed.
Rob understood where we wanted to be with the home and he understood the market and it's trend, we cannot thank him enough for helping us through this.
You cannot go wrong with Rob, he is that friend you can count on to do the right thing.
He shoots straight, answers the phone when you call him or text, and is Honest and Dependable!!!
