As a first time home buyer, he guided me to consider locations and features I might not otherwise would have, because he understood how they fit with my lifestyle. I'm an Architect and have specialized in residential architecture and all the issues related to sales and purchases for over 40 years. My wife Sherry and I worked with Rob for over a year to find our home in New Orleans. He found us the property that is literally perfect for us. No real estate transaction is perfect, but Rob's realistic view of the housing market allowed us to properly negotiate the purchase of the two houses and the sale of one house. Rob provided us with real-time feedback from potential buyers, and his network of resources made the search for necessary repairs and financing quick and easy (without lapsing on quality). He truly has your best interest in mind and is so dependable and reliable! We now consider him a close friend (hopefully he feels the same ;) ).

Most importantly, Robert was able to navigate the relationship with my lender and apply pressure when appropriate to help the process run smoothly and to close ahead of schedule. He was very responsive and accommodated my somewhat inflexible work schedule, which made every step easier than I expected. Would recommend highly.
